Our conference will kick off with the Pitt Hopkins Scientific Symposium on Thursday, which is focused on bringing the latest updates from all of our research labs around the world. We are very excited to be bringing the latest on gene therapy, protein replacement, clinical trials, and much more!
Please note: Pitt Hopkins parents are welcome to register but these talks will address the scientific community and therefore be very technical in content. This is an adult only part of the conference. Scientists will be giving lay talks for parents on Friday morning.

Thursday evening we invite families to gather in the atrium of the hotel to mingle and enjoy appetizers and drinks. A merchandise table will be set up to purchase all your Pitt gear! You can also pick up your name tags at this time.

The morning will included lay research updates from our scientific community. Including but not limited to clinical trial results and updates, gene therapy progress, new research and more.
Presentations include Mahzi Therapeutics, Dr. James Adams from Arizona State University, Neuren Pharmaceuticals and more.
{12:00 – 1:00pm} Lunch is included in registration or you can purchase additional lunch tickets for those who are not attending the talks.
• 1:00pm – 2:00pm: Dr. Jessica Duis will join us for a conversation of best practices and medications for various Pitt Hopkins symptoms.
• 2:15pm – 3:45pm: Mom’s Break Out Group
• 4:00pm – 5:30pm: Dad’s Break Out Group
{5:00 – 6:30pm} Guests of the Embassy Suites have a complimentary evening reception available.

Saturday will be a mix of education, communication and family topics. A more detailed agenda will be available closer to the event.

We will also have a room with round tables on topics including seizures, gastrointestinal, behavior, sleep, school choice, and more!

• A virtual option is available for those who are unable to attend in person. You can purchase tickets via the link below and details with how to join will be sent by email a few days before the event. You will need one ticket per household for each day you would like to join in the presentations.
